It has been truly said that pictures speak a thousand words, but it is not always an easy task to capture a picture that is real and true. A good picture or video can be precious; especially when it has captured something that is hard to come by again, or an event that has a great significance. You might have noticed, while watching your daily news that each channel seems to have the same video for a rare or sudden incident. Take 9/11 as an example.
